Can Anybody Tell Me?????

who made these frames. I know the first bike was built by Denver Mullens but did he actually construct the frame? The second also looks like a Denver bike or at least uses the same style frame and a Denver rigid front end. I ask because I recently acquired a basket Ironhead with the same frame except it's not a single down tube frame. There were quite a few original Arlen Ness parts in the pile as well........ such as brass tappet blocks and voltage regulator mount so at first I thought it might be a Ness frame. But the frames pictured are dead on and even have the weird square down tube at the rear motor mount. Is this some after market frame that Denver used or did he make them. Any info on this would help a lot. Thanks
