I was about 12 years old when I read my first Kane book. Some pretty heavy shit going on these books. I guess I didn't really understand it at first; left me mesmerized. I read all of them went back for seconds and thirds on each- my favorites changed often. I'm dying to read em again. I used to own the whole collection- the ones with the Frazetta covers. Man what a fuckin treat that was. To get a favorite writer with a favorite artist. A sensory and imagination overload.
Karl Edward Wagner deserves a fuckin shit ton of notoriety for his work. In my opinion - he rules.
