Reality

The seasons are changing. We've had 60+ mph winds the last two days. I love it when the weather gets out of control and I love riding in it. The north-south roads were the most exciting. The wind wasn't the scariest part of the ride.... it was the obstacles that lie in wait over the next hill. I surfed a log at 75 mph. I turned around and removed it from the roadway.... it was a fun ride but I doubt others would think the same.

Silos are easier to spot from the backside of a hill.

Sturgis

I'm so backed up on all the images I've shot this summer I haven't had a chance to look at a lot of them. Today was the first chance I got to look at some of my pictures from Sturgis.

Here is one of thousands of images I captured.

I really enjoyed spending time with Justin and Jessica because they were wide eyed to the scene. I hate the fact that I know to much, I hate the drama, I hate the he said she said, I hate the attitudes. I wish I was ignorant to it all. They rolled in from Denver.... it was their first. Being around them brought me back to the days when things were new and exciting.

Pabst Blue Ribbon

..... Dropped a pallet of 24 packs on the gallery floor. Free beer makes a great time even better..... I hope you all enjoyed the tasty Beverage.

It put a big smile on Uncle Pie's face

Chicks dig it too

Thanks Kyle

The Show

A big thanks to all who made it to Chicago for the Forever Rotten Art Show. I think it's safe to say that everyone had a good time besides the few that left in disgust. Guests from all bordering states and even further reaching filled the gallery so much in fact there was a line down the block to get in. We couldn't have asked for a better turn out.

A Rotten Weekend

I'm still trying to recover from last weekends activities. The Forever Rotten Art Show was better than we could have ever imagined. Great vibes all weekend long with great friends that traveled hundreds of miles from all directions.

Two bikes had to be carried up a flight of stairs.

Late night at the hollywood grill.

Jeff and Fatty tore up the city on street legal dirt bikes.

Jason rode in from Ohio

Chris klein made the trek out from north west Iowa.

You know you are about to have a good time when Jeff and Fatty show up

Designated driver

quick fix

Joe and Louie are putting together some video treats, here's some teaser footage of the boys from Oakland and some locals.

And thanks so much to everybody that came out for the show this weekend and huge thanks to all of the contributing artists. If you were there I got a feeling you had a good dose of what shits like here, so much fun. And to top it off my truck got stolen Friday night and Saturday night I had the pleasure of drinking on a floor because the bangers were shooting the windows out of the bar. so fun.

Jeff and Fatty thanks for holding it down at Bravetown and we'll see you guys soon.

Sunset Ride

Day by day the horizon line reaches further and further. The withered corn is in harvest and visibility stretches for miles. I'm always reminded of my grandfather when I pass a combine offloading corn into grain haulers. It's the smell that brings me back to the day of being in the combine with my Grandpa Ted.

Sorry for all the pictures of my gay bike. I ride by myself 90 percent of the time so when I see something beautiful I put my bike in front of it and take a snap.
